摘要
从水稻、小麦、玉米以及杂粮4方面,反映我国谷物加工业的发展现状,指出目前我国谷物资源利用水平低、产品加工深度不高、产品结构不合理、精深加工设备和工艺技术落后的原因在于技术创新投入低和企业规模小。在此基础上提出我国谷物加工业的发展方向和研究重点,为行业发展提供参考。
The current grain processing industry is discussed in terms of rice, wheat, maize and side crops in China. The author points out that the reasons behind Chiina＇s low level of unitization rate of grain resources, the inadequate intensive processing, irrational produets mix, and backward proeessing equipment and techniques are lack of investment in teehnologieal innovations and small-sized enteprises. Accordingly, the author points out the foeus of development and research for China＇s grain processing industry so as to provide referenee for the sound growth of the industry.
