摘要 目的探讨过氧化物酶增值因子激活物受体(PPAR-γ)在侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 42例垂体腺瘤组织依据影像学、术中所见及激素分泌水平分为侵袭组与非侵袭组,用RT-PCR检测PPAR-γ在18例侵袭性垂体瘤和24例非侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达情况并进行相关统计学分析。结果 PPAR-γ基因在侵袭组表达水平明显高于非侵袭性组(P<0.05),在催乳素性和无功能性垂体腺瘤中,PPAR-γ在侵袭组的表达水平高于非侵袭组(P<0.05);而在生长激素性垂体腺瘤中,PPAR-γ在侵袭组的表达水平与非侵袭组之间无明显差别(P>0.01)。结论 PPAR-γ与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性生长行为有关,在侵袭性垂体腺瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,可作为侵袭性垂体腺瘤诊断和判断预后的重要生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the value-added factor peroxisome activated receptor (PPAR-γ) in invasive pituitary tumors and its significance. Methods Forty-two cases of pituitary adenomas based on imaging and intraoperative findings and hormone levels were divided into invasive group and non invasive group. PPAR-γ in 18 cases of invasive pituitary tumors and 24 cases of non-invasive pituitary tumors was detected by RT-PCR, and was analyzed. Results PPAR-γ gene expression in the invasive group was significantly higher than that of non invasive group (P〈0.05). In prolactin and non-functional pituitary adenomas, PPAR-γ expression in the invasive group was higher than that of non-invasive group (P(0.05) ; while the growth hormone of pituitary adenomas, PPAR γ expression in the invasive group and non-invasive group had no significant difference (P〈0.1). Conclusion PPAR-γ is related to the invasive growth of pituitary adenoma behavior in invasive pituitary adenomas and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of invasive pituitary adenomas, and can be an important biologi cal indicator as diagnosis and prognosis judgment of invasive pituitary adenomas.
