摘要
浙江省庆元县有着悠久的人工栽培香菇历史,被誉为"香菇之源",在长期的生产实践中积淀了深厚的香菇文化;自吴三公发明"砍花法"等制菇技术至民国年间,香菇文化的形成有一条较为清晰的脉络;香菇文化包括以菇业为中心的生活与生产习俗、行为规范、共同语言等十个方面的基本内涵。
Qingyuan County of Zhejiang Province boasts a long history of planting of Chinese mushrooms(Lentinus edodes),known as "the Home of Chinese mushrooms".As a result,a profound mushroom-centered culture has been accumulated therein.During the period from the invention of effective mushroom-planting methods,such as the chopping of the elm branches on which mushrooms were grown to accelerate their growth,by Wu Sangong(1130-1208),to the Republic of China(1912-1949),the Chinese-mushroom culture in Qingyuan followed a clear history of development.The culture involves 10 aspects centered by the trade of mushroom planting,including the life style and customary practice,the rules of conduct,and the common jargon.
