摘要
四川省水电资源丰富,加快开发并实现大规模外送是四川省变资源优势为经济优势的重要举措,对促进全省经济社会发展、能源消费结构调整、减少温室气体排放具有重要意义。随着四川水电资源开发进度的进一步加快,输电走廊瓶颈问题日益凸显,迫切需要应用特高压输电技术,发挥特高压电网在促进四川优势资源开发,实现更大范围内电力资源优化配置的关键作用。
Sichuan province has abundant hydroelectric resources.As an important measure,accelerating the development of hydro-power plants and realizing the large-scale transmission of electric power is critical for Sichuan to turn natural resources into economic advantages,which is of great significance in promoting the economic and social development of Sichuan,adjusting the structure of energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.With the further acceleration of hydro-power plants development,the constraints in transmission line corridor have become an increasingly prominent issue.Now it is of urgent need to adopt ultra-high voltage transmission technology,and exert its significant advantages in promoting the development of hydroelectric resources in Sichuan,and achieving optimal allocation of electric power resources to the full extend.
