摘要
移动通信基础设施共建共享是一项全新的工作,在实施过程中可能会遇到各种问题。从技术可行性、产权分割、设施建设、设施维护、标准化等五个方面分析了共建共享可能存在的问题,并提出了解决建议。
The co-construction and sharing of mobile communication infrastructure is an new work in telecom sector of China.There could be all kinds of problems during the process of practice.This article analyzes the possible problems of the joint construction and sharing of mobile infrastructure from the aspects including technical feasibility,property right division,facilities construction,maintenance and standardization etc.Moreover,it also proposes suggestions to solve them.
