摘要
电力电子设备产生的传导电磁干扰(EMI)问题日益突出。为了有效抑制EMI,首先必须准确判断EMI的性质,为此需要将共模/差模干扰分离。本文基于共模/差模干扰分离网络的基本原理,针对现有分离网络的缺陷,提出了一种基于传输线变压器(TLT)的新型分离网络,并深入分析了传输线变压器对分离网络性能的影响。研究表明,这种分离网络能在150kHz^30MHz频段内保证输入阻抗恒定为50Ω,并能有效实现共模/差模干扰分离。时域和频域测试的结果证明了所设计分离网络的有效性。
The electromagnetic interference(EMI) generated by power electronic equipments becomes more and more serious.To suppress EMI effectively,it is necessary to determine the quality of EMI properly.So it's needed to separate common mode(CM) and differential mode(DM) interference.In this paper,based on the theory of transmission line transformer(TLT) and against the shortcomings of present separation network,a new separation network based on TLT is developed,and the impact of TLT on the performance of separation network.It is shown that the input impedance of this separation network can be stabilized at 50 ohms within a frequency band of 150kHz^30MHz,and the CM/DM separation can be achieved effectively.The experimental results in time and frequency domain suggest the validity of this separation network.
