摘要
集群企业竞争力的提升,不仅与研发的投入水平有关,还取决于采取何种研发模式。研发模式分为自主研发、合作研发和研发外包三种,基于浙江省绍兴市14262份问卷的调查与分析,实证研究了这三种研发模式对集群企业竞争力的影响程度。结果显示,进行研发的集群企业竞争力水平明显高于无研发的企业;三种研发模式对于集群企业竞争力的子能力影响各异,其中进行自主研发的集群企业,其竞争力水平明显高于采用其他研发模式的企业;有条件的企业应该采取以自主研发为主,合作研发和研发外包为辅的研发格局。
Enhancing of clusters enterprises＇ competitiveness,not only relate to the level of RD investment,but also relate to its RD modes.This paper divides RD modes into independent RD,cooperative RD and RD outsourcing.Based on 14262 questionnaires of Shaoxing city,this paper uses statistical software SPSS16.0 to empirically study the impact of three RD modes on clusters enterprises＇ competitiveness.The results show that RD enterprises＇ competitiveness is significantly higher than non-corporate RD enterprises,and three RD modes have different impact on competitiveness of clusters enterprises.
