摘要
针对我国区域经济中存在产业集群的发展与区域创新体系的主体要素和功能分离的现象,提出了区域创新体系与产业集群的关联性概念,在此基础上,构建了从地域关联、结构关联、功能关联及目标关联等四个维度评价区域创新体系对产业集群发展的适应度的指标体系和方法,并以福建省为例,进行了实证的评价与分析,为寻求完善区域创新体系的思路和方法提供了一个新的视角。
In view of the division phenomenon of the development of industrial cluster,major strengths and functions of the regional innovation system on regional economy of China,this paper puts forword the concept of relationship between the regional innovation system and the industrial cluster.On the basis of which,the paper sets up the index system and method to evaluate the level of adaptability of the regional innovation system from four dimensions,including regional relationship,structure relationship,function relationship and objective relationship.And then,this paper evaluates and analyzes the situation of Fujian province.The research provides a new angle of view for seeking the ideas and methods to improve the regional innovation system.
