摘要
农业现代化是社会主义现代化建设的重要内容,其关键是农民的现代化,使农民具有平等、正义、民主、法治等现代公民意识。为此,必须发展市场经济,哺育主体平等观念;完善民主政治,孕育参与合作观念;弘扬先进文化,滋育公平正义观念;厉行依法治国,培育权利义务观念。
Agricultural modernization is the important contents of socialist modernization construction, the key of which is farmers modernization, to make farmers have modern citizen consciousness of equality, justice, democracy and the rule of law. To achieve this goal, it＇ s necessary to develop market economy to strengthen the idea of equal subject, perfect democratic politics to conceive idea of participation and cooperation, promote advanced culture to establish the idea of fairness and justice and enforce rule of law to cultivate the idea of rights and obligations.
