摘要
用浓硝酸-过氧化氢消解样品——宜昌绿茶,消解过程中采用三因素三水平正交试验,所选用因素为溶剂配比、用量、消解时间。按正交试验所得优方案用络合滴定法测定茶叶中钙、镁微量元素的含量,分别为7776ug/g,3712ug/g;用分光光度法测定茶叶中的铁的含量为137ug/g.
Yichang green tea sample is digested with concentrated nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide.The course of digestion is an orthogonal test including three factors and three levels which main factor selected as the solvent ratio,the amount of digestion time,measured by complexometric titration of calcium and magnesium content of trace elements.The contents of Ca,Mg in the tea had been determined with the iron content,to be 7776ug/g,3712ug/g;the contents of Fe with titration spectrophotometry,is 137ug/g.
