摘要
在硝基苯生产过程中,硝化反应后的物料需要经过碱洗和水洗的工艺来进行中和、洗涤,去除酸性硝化物中的余酸和硝基酚类,减少对后面工序设备和管道的腐蚀,并增强安全性。在生产过程中,大多数厂家采用反应釜和静置分离的技术,而文中介绍的工艺采用离心萃取机技术后,简化了生产流程,提高了硝化物中的余酸和硝基酚类的脱除率,最重要的是减少产生废水体积的50%,有效地降低了生产成本。
In the process of nitrobenzene production,the materials after nitration reaction need to be neutralized and washed by alkali washing and water washing in order to remove the spent acid and nitrophnol in the acidic nitration for reducing corrosion to equipment and pipelines in the follow-up process and enhancing the safety.In the conventional production process,most manufacturers use reactors and the technique of separation by standing.Instead of which,the extractive centrifuge technique is now adopted and the production process is simplified,the remainder of nitrate in acid and the removal rate of nitro-phenols are improved.The most important advantage is that the volume of wastewater generated is reduced by 50%,thus reducing the cost of production effectively.
