摘要
以1,2-丙二胺为原料气固相催化合成2,6-二甲基哌嗪,对实验用Cu-Cr-Fe/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行制备与考察,实验所确定的最佳工艺条件为:原料液1,2-丙二胺的质量分数40%,反应温度320℃,空速490.74 h-1,结果表明:采用Cu-Cr-Fe/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,以1,2-丙二胺为原料合成2,6-二甲基哌嗪的工艺路线是可行的,在最佳工艺条件下,1,2-丙二胺的转化率为98.84%,2,6-二甲基哌嗪的收率为88.62%。
With 1,2-propanediamine as raw material,the gas-solid catalytic synthesis of 2,6-dimethypiperazine was performed,and the Cu-Cr-Fe/γ-Al2O3 catalyst for experiment was prepared and investigated.The optimum process conditions were as follows: 1,2-propanediamine mass fraction 40%,reaction temperature 320 ℃,space velocity 490.74 h^-1.The result shows that the synthesis process route is feasible with Cu-Cr-Fe/γ-Al2O3 as catalyst and 1,2-propanediamine as raw material.Under the optimum process conditions,the conversion of 1,2-propanediamine reaches 98.84%,the yield of 2,6-dimethypiperazine reaches 88.62%.
