摘要
4,4′-二羟基二苯基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷,在BF3OEt2催化剂作用下,反应生成端羟基酚氧树脂,与蓖麻油混合,用3种异氰酸酯(TDI、IPDI和HDI)作固化剂,制得一系列交联聚氨酯,研究了这3种聚氨酯的动态力学性能。结果表明,它们都有一个玻璃化转变温度,组分相容性好,改变NCO/OH摩尔比和蓖麻油/酚氧树脂的质量比,可制得一系列具有阻尼性能好的浇注型聚氨酯材料。
The hydroxyl terminated phenoxy resin was prepared by reaction of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin using BF 3·OEt 2 as catalyst, and then mixed with castor oil and reacted with toluene diisocyanate(TDI) ,hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), respectively, to give a series polyurethanes. The dynamic mechanical properties of the polyurethanes were investigated. The results show that the polyurethanes have a single T g and have good compatibility. Under optimum content of phenoxy resin and NCO/OH mole ratio, a series polyurethanes with excellent damping properties were obtained.
