水对交联壳聚糖/聚醚半互穿网络凝胶的玻璃化转变的影响

摘要 以差示扫描量热(DSC)和动态力学分析(DMA)研究了交联壳聚糖/聚醚半互穿聚合物网络(Cr-CS/PEse-mi-IPN)水凝胶中水的状态和玻璃化转变,讨论了水的含量和状态对玻璃化转变温度的影响。结果表明,在此水凝胶中存在3种状态水,而水凝胶的玻璃化转变温度随凝胶中不冻结水的含量增大而降低显示水的增塑作用。且用X射线衍射研究水对此半互穿网络结晶结构的影响。 Water state and glass transition of the crosslinked chitosan/polyether semi IPN(Cr CS/PE semi IPN) hydrogels with various water contents were studied using DSC and DMA. The effect of water content and state on the glass transition temperature( T g) of the hydrogel was discussed. Results show that there are three states of water can exist in the hydrogel and only in the region in which the hydrogel contains only non freezing bound water, T g of the hydrogel decreases markedly as the plasticization of water. The effect of water on the crystalline structure of the semi IPN was investigated by using X ray diffraction as well.
