摘要
采用t-BuOAc/TiCl4作引发体系,研究了吡啶(PY)对异丁烯阳离子聚合反应活性的作用。实验结果表明,在本聚合体系中加入吡啶,能控制聚合物的分子量,降低分子量分布,当PY/t-BuOAc=2时,得到MWD=1.2,Mn=6750的聚合物,Conv=95%。通过紫外光谱证明了在本聚合体系中生成PY→TiCl4络合物,PY→TiCl4络合物对PIB增长活性末端作用,并提出了络合作用机理。
The effects of pyridene on the living properties of IB cationic polymerization with t BuOAC/TiCl 4 initiating system were studied. The results show that Pyridine is one of the most effective electron donor(ED) in the respect of narrowing the MWD and controlling n. When PY/t BuOAc=2, the best result is obtained as follow: MWD =1.2, Conv.=95%, n=6750. UV spectroscopy was used to characterize the role of PY→TiCl 4 on the propagating chain end. The complexing mechanism were proposed.
