摘要
考察了TiCl4浓度、聚合反应时间、温度、外加Lewis碱等对SOCl2/TiCl4引发体系α-蒎烯(M1)/苯乙烯(M2)共聚活性及其产物的影响,结果表明,降低TiCl4浓度,聚合反应速率减慢,共聚产物分子量上升,但TiCl4浓度太低不利于反应进行;共聚产物分子量及其分布随反应时间的延长,变化不大;温度升高,聚合反应速率加快,共聚产物分子量下降;外加Lewis碱有利于减小两单体的聚合反应活性差,提高共聚产物分子量。
The effects of polymerization conditions on the SOCl 2/TiCl 4 initiated cationic copolymerization of α pinene and styrene were investigated in terms of TiCl 4 concentration, polymerization time, temperature, and added Lewis bases. Decreasing TiCl 4 concentration lead to a low polymerization rate and a higher molecular weight. However, the polymerization hardly occurres with too low TiCl 4 concentration. The higher temperature, the higher polymerization rate, but the lower molecular weight. The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution almost unchange with the polymerization time. Added Lewis bases can be decrease the difference in the polymerization reactivity between α pinene and styrene, and increase the molecular weight of the products.
