摘要
运用PDCA循环法则,分析了滤棒搭口不牢的原因,针对其主要原因采取设备改善措施,通过改进ZL23成型机热熔胶传动系统降低排胶量,以及加装纸加热板保持胶温,有效地提高了滤棒搭口粘接的可靠性,降低了消耗。
This paper explores the cause of filter rod splitting by following the PDCA Circle.Hot melt driving system improvement and the hot paper melt is then used to improve the reliability of filter rod gluing,thus the cost is reduced.
