摘要
目的:通过磁共振成像(MRI)检测技术观察青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)椎旁肌的变化规律。方法采用德国生产的西门子SIEMENS.NOVUS.MRI检测扫描仪,对AIS患者49例,男11例,女38例,年龄6.22岁进行凸凹侧椎旁肌的磁共振成像检测。结果左右椎旁肌群大小、形态变化,(主要是竖脊肌、腰大肌)凸侧椎旁肌较凹侧变短、增粗,凹侧椎旁肌较凸侧不同程度变细、变长,以顶椎区最明显。结论AIS患者顶椎区椎旁肌的肌耐力较差,容易疲劳,尤其是凹侧更为明显,相对来讲凸侧肌肉厚,力量较大,故此,即使凹侧经过大量有效的锻炼,还是拉不过凸侧的劳损点的拉力。相反,松解凸侧劳损点,能迅速降低凸侧拉力,调整相对力的平衡,对纠正脊柱侧弯起到良好的治疗作用。
Objective: Through the magnetic resonance imaging (MR/) detection technology observation adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) the change rule of paravertebral muscles. Methods: Scanning paravertebral muscles for both side the concavo-convex of the spine in magnetic resonance imaging detection by Using the MR/ inspection scanner of Germany SIEMENS for AIS patients in 49 cases, 11 males and 38 female, age 6-22. Results: the size and morphology change ofparavertebral muscles mainly ercet muscles and t he psoas major muscle, convex side by side vertebral muscles more shorter, add thick than the concave side one, then concave side by side vertebral muscles is convex different extent attenuate, grow longer with the top vertebral area is the most obvious. Conclusion: the muscle endurance poorer of paravertebral muscles on the top vertebral area and fatigue, especially concave side is more obvious, relatively convex lateral muscle thick and power larger. therefore, even if after a lot of effective exercise for sunken side, or pull but convex side the strain of point pulling force. Loose solution convex lateral strain points, can quickly reduce convex lateral tension, adjusted relative force balance, In correcting scoliosis has favorable treatment function.
