摘要
商业银行金融稳定责任对于商业银行履行社会责任、促进金融稳定具有重要意义。当前我国在商业银行金融稳定责任方面存在商业银行社会责任报告未明确金融稳定责任,立法上未确立金融稳定责任等不足,商业银行应当对立金融稳定社会责任理念,明确金融稳定责任性质,完善相关立法及报告制度,构建责任评价机制,以建立和完善商业银行金融稳定责任,进而促进银行业乃至金融业的健康发展。
Financial stability responsibility of commercial bank plays an important role in fulfilling social responsibility by commercial bank and promoting financial stability. Currently, there are lots of problems in the area of financial stability responsibility of commercial bank in our country. So we should establish and improve law system of financial stability responsibility of commercial bank, aiming to promote the steady and sustainable development of banking and the finance in China.
