摘要
通过改变干燥时间,研究了纤维微观结构的变化与二次纤维角质化的关系。结果表明:随着干燥时间的增加,纤维平均长度变化不大,卷曲指数和平均扭结指数呈现下降趋势,纤维变直。干燥过程中角质化主要发生在前10min,从干燥开始到干燥10min时,角质化程度从23.7%上升至28.4%。纤维N.O’KI值的变化趋势与纤维角质化的变化趋势相同。干燥过程对二次纤维的微观结构及角质化产生不可逆的影响,这种影响不会因为纤维的再润湿而得到完全恢复。随着干燥时间的增加,纤维间内酯含量增加。从干燥5min到20min时,内酯含量增加了178.2%,且在再润湿后干燥的过程中,内酯含量进一步增加。
The relationship between the changes of microstructure and hornification of secondary fiber was studied through changing drying time. The results show that with the increasing of drying time,average length of fiber changes little,but curl index and mean kink index decrease significantly,the fiber becomes straight. The change of hornification is great when the drying time is at first 10 min. With drying time increases from 0 to 10min,the hornification degree increases from 23.7% to 28.4%. The changing trend of infrared crystal index is the same as the hornification degree. Drying process has irreversible influence on the microstructure and hornification of secondary fibers,this influence can not be restored when fiber rewetting. The lactone in fiber has formed after drying,and lactone content increases with the increasing drying time. When the drying time increases from 5 to 20min,lactone content increases by 178.2%. Moreover,lactone content of rewetting fiber increases further during drying process.
