摘要
提出了一种叶片激光冲击处理质量检测的新方法:选择叶片固有频率变化值作为实时检测叶片冲击处理质量的表征参数之一,进行了叶片激光冲击试验以及激光冲击后的残余应力检测试验,得到了利用叶片固有频率变化值进行质量判定的标准.
This paper presents a new method to inspect the quality of LSP: One of them is a real time method for quality control testing of LSP of aero-engine blades by analyzing natural frequency shifts during the LSP.Experiments of LSP and compressive residual stress testing are done.The criterions of quality inspecting with natural frequency shifts and sound power are derived.
