摘要
当前,我国中小企业的发展面临着许多困难。为了帮助中小企业走出困境,首先需要解决中小企业融资问题,加强促进中小企业融资的税收优惠政策,并进一步降低中小企业的税负,鼓励中小企业从事自主创新,并制定相关税收优惠,为中小企业的发展营造良好的税收环境。
At present,the development of small and medium sized enterprises in China is still facing many difficulties.In order to help and support small and medium sized enterprises to get rid of difficulties,first of all we should resolve the financing problems for them through strengthening the preferential tax policies,reducing the tax burden on small and medium enterprises,encouraging them to engage in innovative activities.Relevant tax preferential policies should be made in order to create a favorable tax environment.
