摘要
由于传统人才培养模式的内在缺陷,许多高校开设的服务外包专业特色不明显,未能满足社会对服务外包专业人才的多元化需求。从生态位的视角对现有服务外包专业人才培养模式进行深入分析后发现,忽视主体需求多元化、人才培养模式"同质化"现象存在,符合人才生态位的"差异化"人才培养模式的构建应制定多元化人才培养目标;缩小专业人才培养口径;改革课程设置与教学方式;整合提升师资质量,以实现教育资源的优化配置。
Due to inherent defects of traditional cultivation pattern,many service outsourcing majors have no distinct specialty characteristics and can not meet with the diversified demands of the society.This paper analyzed the present cultivation pattern of service outsourcing majors from the ecological niche perspective,and pointed out that the meets of a homogeneous cultivation pattern and multiple are ignored.Then it puts forward the difference-oriented cultivation pattern of service outsourcing majors adapted to ecological niche perspective,which is helpful to the optimal allocation of the educational resources.
