摘要
采用根尖压片法分别对花柱长短不同的内蒙野丁香染色体数目和核型进行了研究,比较了长柱型和短柱型内蒙野丁香染色体数目和核型上的差异,结果表明:内蒙野丁香为二倍体植物,长柱型和短柱型染色体数目均为22条,核型公式为k(2n)=2x=22=10m+1sm,核型类型为1A型,长柱型和短柱型内蒙野丁香之间染色体无明显差异.
The chromosome number and karyotype of Leptodermis ordosica were studied with root-tip squashing method. The differences between long and short stylar-type Leptodermis ordosica in chromosome number and karyotype were compared. The results showed that Leptodermis ordosica was a diploid plant,the chromosome number of both long and short stylar-type were 22,and the karyotype model was K （2n）= 2x=22=10m ＋ lsm. The chromosome belonged to ＂1A＂ type. There was no significant difference of the chromosome between long style and short style Leplodermis ordosica.
