摘要 针对平台老龄化日益严重的趋势,研究了滩海老龄平台延寿评估技术。根据滩海老龄平台的特点,提出老龄平台设计水平分析、极限承载能力分析与剩余寿命预测的廷寿评估流程,并对流程中每一个阶段的具体评估方法进行了详细阐述;最后将该延寿评估流程应用于我国一滩海老龄平台廷寿评估中,结果表明该技术具有良好的适用性,能够为目前大量老龄平台的延寿评估提供指导。 Given the increasing number of ageing platform in the world, the assessment technique of life extension for shallow water ageing platforms was studied. Based on the characteristics of ageing platforms in shallow water, the evaluation process for life extension, which consisted of design level analysis, ultimate strength analysis and residual life prediction, was proposed. The evaluation methods at every step of the process were described in detail. Finally, the procedure was applied to the life extension evaluation of a shallow water ageing platform in China. The results show that the procedure is applicable and can offer the theoretical guidance for large numbers of ageing platforms.
