摘要
主动波液补偿(AHC,Active Heave Compensation)吊机是深水工程作业最重要的船用起重机,其液压缸式主动波浪升降补偿装置能防止吊机的绞车、钢丝绳等过载,增强对所吊货物运动的控制,增加吊机工作的天气窗口。液压缸式主动波浪升降补偿技术是目前国际上最先进的一种波浪升降补偿技术,本文详细介绍了液压缸式主动波浪升降补偿装置的补偿原理、系统组成及工程应用情况。
AHC (Active Heave Compensation) Crane is an important and necessary equipment for deep water engineering. Heave compensation device can prevent overload of the crane, winch, or steel rope, and can improve the control of the cargo movement. This device can also increase the weather window of marine crane. Active heave compensation is the most advanced technology in the heave compensation area. The compensation principle, system composition and engineering applications of the cylinder-type AHC device are introduced in detail in this paper.
