摘要
目的 观察海洛因依赖者脱毒后白细胞介素6 和肿瘤坏死因子α的变化。方法 采用 E L I S A 法检测18 例未给予任何治疗药物且停用阿片类药物48 ~72 小时、18 例脱毒33 ~58 天、15 例脱毒117 ~120 天的海洛因依赖者的白细胞介素6 和肿瘤坏死因子α水平,并同时对稽延性戒断症状或急性戒断症状进行评定。结果 与正常对照组相比,海洛因依赖者脱毒后的白细胞介素6 和肿瘤坏死因子α显著高于正常对照组。白细胞介素6 和肿瘤坏死因子α随着脱毒时间的延长逐步向正常恢复。结论 白细胞介素6 和肿瘤坏死因子α可考虑作为海洛因依赖者脱毒后机体恢复的指标。
s Objective There is an increasing body of evidence, obtained both in vitro and in vivo, showing that exogenous opioids have a variety of effects on the immune system. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α in heroin addicts following detoxification.Methods Inteleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α were detected by ELISA in 18 heroin addicts within 47 72 hours after the last dose of drug, 18 heroin addicts 33 58 days after detoxification, and 15 heroin addicts 117 120 days after detoxification. Prolonged withdrawal or acute withdrawal symptons were rated. Results The levels of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α in heroin addicts were high compared with healthy control. Interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α normalised along with drug free duration. There is no correlativity between prolonged withdrawalor acute withdrawal symptoms and immune function.Conclusions Interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α would be considered as signs for rehabilitation for the heroin addicts after detoxification.
