摘要
分析了液晶显示器外壳前框的结构和成型特点,通过Moldflow分析软件对其注塑模浇注系统进行了优化设计。设计了组合式凹模成型前框的外形、组合式凸模成型前框的内形、24根推杆上24个斜销和成型内凸的24个三角形卡钩,斜销兼有成型内凸卡钩和推出塑件的双重功用,工艺性较好,提高了模具的一次试模成功率。经生产验证,模具运行可靠,产品质量稳定。
The structural and forming features of the front shell of a LCD are analyzed.Injection system design is optimized by Moldflow.The configuration of combined die is designed for the front shell outer shape.The inner shape of the front shell was molded by a combined punch,24 angle pins on 24 push poles,and 24 triangular hooks to form the inner convex.The angle pins not only form the inner convex hooks,but also push out the plastic parts.The mold design possesses high success rate of primary test mold and good manufacturability.Furthermore,the product quality is stable.
