摘要
以水稻种子为材料,利用水培法研究了短期培养条件下不同质量浓度的铅与铜对水稻种子萌发及生长的影响.测定了水稻种子的发芽率、初生根长、苗高、叶绿素含量的变化情况.结果表明:在Pb2+、Cu2+单一处理下,水稻种子的发芽率和叶片叶绿素含量随着处理浓度的升高出现不同程度的先升后降趋势,初生根长、苗高则与离子浓度呈负相关性.而Pb2+、Cu2+复合处理表现出一定的协同效应.
By means of hydroponics culture,the effects of single and combined pollution of heavy metal (Pb^2+,Cu^2+) on the seed germination and growth of Oryza sativa L. were studied. The results showed that Germination rate and chlorophyll content increased with the concentration of various magnitudes first and then decreased when treaded with single Pb^2+ or Cu^2+,while root length and seedling length had been in a state of decreased. Pb2+ and Cu2+ combined treatment showed a synergistic effect.
