摘要
目的观察利胆清热汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性胆囊炎患者320例采用利胆清热汤治疗,完成301例。结果临床痊愈42例(13.95%),显效146例(48.50%),有效95例(31.56%),无效18例(5.98%),愈显率62.46%,总有效率为94.02%。结论利胆清热汤治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效良好。
Objective To inv estigate the therapeutic effect of Lidan Qingre decoction on chronic cholecystitis.Methods The 320 patients were treated with Lidan Qingre decoction and 301 completed the treatment.Results 42 patients were clinical cure（13.95%）,146 significantly effective（48.5%）,95 effective（31.56%）,18 ineffective（5.98%）;and markedly effective rate was 62.46%,the total effective rate was 94.02%.Conclusion Lidan Qingre decoction is effective for chronic cholecystitis.
