摘要
本文分别简单介绍云计算、物联网和智慧球三者的概念及发展状况,并对三者可能涉及的法律问题展开讨论。云计算虽处于发展初期,但已有一定规模的应用;物联网技术相对比较成熟,电子标签已得到广泛应用;智慧地球是一种建立在云计算和物联网基础之上的未来地球发展的战略模式云计算、物联网和智慧地球因其自身的技术特点,存在隐私、安全等方面的隐患解决这些问题除了依靠技术手段。
This paper presents a general introduction about cloud computing, the Internet of things and smart planet individually. The legal issues they will probably lead to are discussed at the same time. Cloud computing is in the junior period of development, but it has been applied into many areas. The internet of things is relatively mature, and electronic tag has been widely applied with great economic growth. Smart planet is a model of our future development based on clouding computing and the Internet of things. Cloud computing, the internet of things or smart planet will bring us privacy, security and other issues because of their own technical characters. To deal with these issues except through techniques, it＇s particularly important to draft special laws according to them.
