摘要
对环孢素Ａ 微乳浓缩液的处方和制备工艺进行了研究。采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定制剂中环孢素Ａ的含量，用毛细管柱ＧＣ法测定制剂中乙醇的含量，并进行了溶液颜色和澄清度的检查。结果表明，本研究研制的微乳浓缩液质量稳定，制备工艺简单，适于开发应用。
A microemulsion preconcentrate containing cyclosporin A(CyA MEPC sol) for oral administration was developed. The CyA content of the preparation was determined by HPLC. The alcohol content was measured by GC with n propanol as an internal standard. The color and clarity were examined according to the China Pharmacopoeia. The results indicated that the CyA MEPC sol can be prepared easily with a good stability.
