反弧门钢止水非线性接触密封面同步仿形修复研究

摘要 反弧门钢止水修复是水闸检修重要内容,传统人工修复方法成本高、效率低,且施工人员安全风险高。根据反弧门钢止水结构及现场特点,基于机械仿形原理,研究了反弧门钢止水修复技术,并设计出了一套供现场使用的设备。该设备能以底坎上指定参照线为标准,同步完成闸门和底坎止水带接触面的修复,可在水利枢纽工程其他形式闸门的钢止水修复中推广。 The traditional manual repair of anti-arc steel gate seal has many disadvantages,including high cost,low efficiency,and high security risk.According to the structure of anti-arc steel gate seal and site characteristics,a new technology for seal repair was put forward based on the principle of mechanical profiling,and the equipment used for the site repair has been designed.The equipment can simultaneously complete the repair of gate and sill sealing contact surface based on a specified reference line on the sill.
