摘要
在市场经济的新形势下,工会工作必须主动适应新形势、新任务、新要求,融入中心,围绕大局,突出重点,通过开展有特色、有实效的工作,最大限度地调动、保护和发挥广大职工的积极性,努力把基层工会建设成为制度健全、维权到位、工作活跃、作用明显、职工信赖的职工之家。
Under the conditions of market economy,trade union work must adapt to the new situation,new tasks and new requirements.Trade union should integrate into the center,around the overall situation,conduct effective work with characteristics.We should mobilize,protect and bring into play the enthusiasm of the masses of workers and staff,and strive to build grass-roots trade unions to become the homes of workers.
