Application of Time Domain Gating Technology to Transmission/Reflection Method for Dielectric Electromagnetic Parameters Measurement

摘要 在传输/反射法测量电磁参数的基础上,分析了传统的传输/反射法在电介质微波电磁参数计算中的局限性,采用时域门技术,测试了空气、聚乙烯石蜡和BaM型铁氧体等材料的电磁参数。结果显示时域门技术可显著提高材料的测量精度和稳定性。 On the basis of transmission/reflection method for measuring electromagnetic parameters,the limitation of the traditional transmission/reflection method in the calculation of the dielectric microwave electromagnetic parameters was analyzed.The electromagnetic parameters of air,the polyethylene wax and BaM-type ferrite were measured by using time domain gating technology.The results show that time domain gating technology can significantly improve the precision and the stability of measurement for materials.
