摘要
采用石蜡切片方法对健康成年黄羊胃、肠进行了组织形态学观察。结果表明．瘤胃、网胃和瓣胃的胃壁构造基本相同、粘膜上皮都是复层扁平上皮．浅层细胞角化。瘤胃粘膜上形成许多大小不等的舌状乳头．无粘膜肌层；网胃粘膜形成许多皱襞，在皱襞上和网孔底上有许多圆锥状乳头．网胃皱襞两侧有向垂直方向伸出的嵴瓣胃粘膜形成各种不同长度的瓣叶．瓣叶两侧遍布粗糙短小乳头．瓣胃粘膜肌发达．大瓣叶内中央肌层与两侧的粘膜肌层行走方向彼此垂直。前三个胃粘膜固有膜内均无腺体。皱胃粘膜光滑、胃底区粘膜有１３～１６个螺旋形大皱襞．胃小密集、粘膜上皮由单层柱状上皮细胞构成．固有膜发达．由密集的胃底腺所占据．但腺管较短。小肠较长，固有层内有小肠腺及淋巴组织．十二指肠粘膜下层有十二指肠腺：大肠粘膜光滑．无环行皱襞和肠绒毛、固有膜内有直而密集的大肠腺．肠腺由单层柱状细胞和杯状细胞组成、直肠壁内弹性纤维不明显。
The tissue morphology of stomach and intestine for healthy adult Procapra gutturosa Paclas wereobserved by means of paraffin section. The results show that the structure of stomach wall of firststomach. reticulo-rumen and omasum are approximately similar, their membrana mucosa are all multistratified squamous epithelium with keratinised cell. Maly linguiform Papillas in different size areformed on the first stomach mucosa, without muscularis mucosa; the mucosa of reticulo-rumen forms alot of folds. on which there are many Papillas conicae. vertically patched crests exist on both sides ofreticulo-rumen fold. manifold mucosa forms many folds in different length. coarse and short papilla canbe seen on both sides of folds. muscularis mucosa of omasum is well-developed. central muscularislayer and muscularis mucosa are vertical in large fold. There is no glandular secretion in membranapropria of these three stomaches. Abomasum mucosa is smooth, 13 ~ 16 spiral big fold in fundus glandregion mucosa. membrana mucosa is composed of simple columnar epithelium, membrana propria is well-developed hold by concentrated fundus gland. but the glandular vessel is very short. There is smallintestinal glade and lymphoid tissue in membrana Propria, duodenum mucosa sublater is duodenalgland. large intestine mucosa is smooth without circular folds and villus intestinalis. There is largeintestine gland in membrana propria. the intestinal gland is composed of simple columnar cell and beaker cell.
