摘要
对一个新小麦不育材料(代号:01-76)的植株形态特征、花粉母细胞减数分裂过程及结实率进行了研究。结果表明,"01-76"开花时颖壳张开持续时间较长,花粉粒表现不育;根尖细胞有丝分裂正常,但花粉母细胞减数分裂过程出现异常,中期I出现染色体易位、后期I出现染色体落后、未期Ⅰ和末期Ⅱ出现染色体落后及多极分布现象,末期Ⅱ出现了三分体、五分体、七分体、八分体等。"01-76"自交结实率为零,但异交结实率较高,为68.5%~74.0%。说明该不育材料的不育性是由减数分裂异常引起的。
A new wheat male sterile strain "01-76" was used to study its morphological characteristics, meiosis of pollen mother cells and seed setting percentage.The results showed that the lepicena of "01-76" had the property of longer-opening when flowering with male sterility.The self-pollination rate got as low as zero while its cross pollination rate reached as high as 74.0%.The mitosis of root tip cells displayed normally while the meiosis of pollen mother cells appeared abnormally.There were chromosome translocation at metaphaseⅠ,chromosome lagging at anaphaseⅠ,chromosome lagging and multipolar distribution at both telophaseⅠand the telophaseⅡ,and some non-tetrad at telophaseⅡsuch as triad,pentad,heptad and octad.The male sterility of strain "01-76" mainly dues to chromosomal abnormality during the meiosis.
