摘要
研制了一套用于航空复合材料超声检测装备的运动控制系统,该系统采用了基于PC架构的嵌入式控制器和基于WindowsCE操作系统的TwinCAT运动控制软件,运用了伺服电机控制技术,实现了逻辑控制、位置和速度控制、误差补偿、位置触发等功能,同时具有较好的电磁兼容性,满足了超声检测设备对运动控制系统提出的高速度(500 mm/s)、高精度(定位精度为0.1 mm和重复定位精度为0.05mm)、快速响应和低干扰的要求。
A motion control system of ultrasonic C-scan testing equipment for composites material applied in air craft is developed.The motion control system is composited of the PC-based control devices and the WinCE-based TwinCAT motion control software.Applying advanced servo control technology,the control logic,position and velocity control,position compensation as well as the positional trigger is realized with good EMC.Experiments show that the system meet the requirements of high velocity(500 mm/s),high accuracy(positioning accuracy is 0.1 mm and repeated positioning accuracy is 0.05 mm),fast response and low electromagnetic interference.
