摘要
从施工企业成本控制的意义入手,详细分析了影响成本控制的主要因素,从组织、技术、经济、合同四方面提出了施工企业在项目施工阶段的成本控制措施,以期实现施工企业的经济效益最大化。
Starting from the meaning of cost control of construction enterprise, this paper specifically analyzes main factors influencing cost control, and puts forward cost control measures for construction enterprise at project construction phase from four aspects of organization, technology, economy and contract, with a view to realize the maximum economic benefit of construction enterprise.
