摘要
结合工作实践,从混凝土主体缺陷和柔性防水层缺陷两方面入手,分析了高层住宅地下室渗漏的原因,给出了相应的防治措施,并通过防治措施的落实,有效地控制了地下室渗漏问题。
Combining with work practice, starting from two aspects of main concrete structure limitation and flexible waterproofing defects, this thesis analyzes causes of high-rise residential basement leakage, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures. Through the implementation of preventive measures, it effectively controls the basement leakage problems.
