摘要
报告了鱼鳞提取物对成年大鼠血清、肝脏丙二醛( MDA) 含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活力的影响。结果表明,实验组大鼠血清、肝脏脂质过氧化物丙二醛( MDA) 含量显著低于正常对照组,实验组大鼠血清、肝脏SOD 活力增加。对尾腱及皮肤的氨基酸分析显示,实验组大鼠尾腱、皮肤 中羟脯氨酸(Hyp) 含量显著高于正常对照组。
This investigation on the senility-delaying effect of fish scale extract on old rats , the changes of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) content and SOD activity of serum and livers showed that the contents of MDA in the serum and livers of the experimental rats were significantly lower than those in the control group. The SOD activity in the serum and liver of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The amino acid composition showed that the content of hydroxyproline(HYPO) in the tail-tendon and skin of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. This study showed that fish scale extract can delay senility in rats.
