摘要
铁路客车轴承保持器在生产过程中,兜孔垂直度靠模具和拉刀保证,由于拉孔过程中没有直接检测兜孔垂直度,导致轴承旋转灵活性降低。文中设计制造了一台保持器兜孔垂直度检测仪器,对工序间及成品保持器进行兜孔垂直度检测控制,保证了轴承旋转灵活性,降低了高速铁路机车的能源消耗。
The squareness of railway beating cage pocket is guaranteed by the mould and pull broach in the past. The flexibility of the bearing rotation is reduced because that the cage pocket squareness is not tested in the broaching process. A squareness testing instrument is designed and manufactured for control the cage pocket squareness in process, which can guarantee the flexibility of the beating rotation and reduce the energy consumption of high-speed locomotive.
