pH值对多元羧酸与纤维素交联反应的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用以多元羧酸为酯化剂,以无机盐类和含氮化合物为催化剂的木材交联体系。这是一类新型的、水溶性的、无毒害、无污染的非甲醛系试剂交联体系。本文推导了这类反应的pH值与溶液中离子浓度变化平衡关系式,采用FTIR光谱分析了pH值对酯化纤维素和反应中间体的影响,推得木材与多元羧酸的酯化反应不是酸催化过程,但酸可加速酸酐中间体的形成,反应的适宜pH值约为3.0。 Polycarboxylic acids acting as esterification agents and inorganic salts acting as catalyst were adopted in the research of wood crosslinking reaction.This soluble crosslinking system is a new poison free and pollution free system.In this paper, epuilibrium relationships between pH and ion concentration were inferred. Effect of pH on esterification and anhydride intermediate were analyzed by FTIR spectra, from which we can demonstrate that esterification between polycarboxylic acid and wood was not acidcatalyzed, although the formation of cyclic anhydride intermediates was accelerated by the acid. Suitable pH of reaction was about 3.0.
