This paper expounds the important functions of constructing the public service platform for technology transfer,which are to help enterprises to improve their technological innovation ability,to guide enterprises to develop and transform towards the intensivism,low-carbon,high-efficiency and multi-component cycle,and to provide important support for enterprises to realize innovative development.
