摘要
目的通过对房间隔修补术ICD-9-CM-3编码探讨,使广大编码人员准确分类该手术的不同术式,以利于临床及各方面检索要求。方法以ICD-9-CM-3(2008版)为工具书,依据查找手术操作编码的规则、方法进行编码。结果房间隔缺损修补术术式较多,方式也不断创新,编码较容易出错。结论编码人员只有仔细查阅病案记录,了解手术术式、手术入路和手术方法,按照编码操作步骤和规则,才能正确做好编码。
Objective through investigation of atrioseptopexy ICD-9-CM-3 coding, making the great majority coders classify correctly about difference type of this surgery, in order to be beneficial for clinical and all kinds of retrieval. Methods according to the rules and methods of surgery operation coding to code by using ICD-9-CM-3 （2008 edition） as a reference book. Results it is easy to make mistake when coding since the operation types of atrioseptopexy are many and the way of it innovate continuously. Conclusion In order to code correctly, the coders should look up medical records carefully; know well about the type of operation, operation route and surgical operation methods, as well as follow the coding steps and rules.
