摘要
目的通过了解67所军队医院病案管理人员的现状,为军队医院病案管理人员队伍的建设提供科学依据。方法自制"军队医院病案管理人员情况调查表",对67所军队医院的病案管理人员进行问卷调查,并进行数据挖掘与分析。结果军队医院的病案管理人员近年来有以下几个显著特点,包括:年龄构成趋于年轻化、人员类别构成多样化、学历构成以大中专为主等方面。不过仍存在高级职称少、病案管理人员配比不足等情况。结论建议进一步加强病案管理人员队伍建设,运用现代化技术改进病案管理工作,从而提高军队医院病案管理水平。
Objective To observe present situation of medical record administrators of 67 military hospitals. Methods Questionnaire surveys were undertaken on the medical record administrators of 67 military hospitals, and then a statistical analysis was made of the results. Results The medical record administrators of military hospitals have several features,but there still exist some shortages. Conclusion Some suggestions were put forward, such as improve the capability of medical record administrators.
