摘要
在我国高温气冷堆核电站示范工程建设之前,国内锻件、钢板制造单位都缺乏铬钼合金钢材料要求无延性转变温度RTNDT≤-25℃落锤试验的制造经验,相关材质需要依靠进口。文章分析了金属堆内构件设备的设计要求及其制造难点;指出了在实现示范工程金属堆内构件设备国产化过程中所遇到的质量问题和解决办法等;针对堆芯壳易变形的特点,提出了控制措施,将给今后百万千瓦级高温气冷堆核电设备的国产化提供经验借鉴。
Before the construction of high-temperature gas-cool reactors(HTR),domestic forging and steel-plate manufacturers were lack of experiences in manufacturing of Cr-Mo alloy steels,which require no ductility transition temperature of RTNDT≤-25 ℃;and the related materials need to be imported.This paper analyzed the design requirements and the manufacturing difficulties,and pointed out the quality problems and solutions during the localization of core metal internal equipment for demonstration projects;and a control method was put forward based on the fact that the core shell is easy to get deformed,which will provide experiences to the future million-kilowatt nuclear power equipment of HTR.
