摘要
与角钢塔相比,钢管塔的荷载以及自身的高度和跨度均有较大程度的增加,如何设计钢管塔的节点是保证钢管塔结构安全的主要环节。选取1 000 kV淮南—上海特高压输电线路钢管塔为工程背景,对典型十字插板连接的K型节点建立了有限元模型,对节点的力学行为、应力分布以及弹塑性的破坏过程进行了研究,可为钢管塔K型节点设计提供参考。
Compared to the angle-steel tower,the steel tube tower is much larger in load,height and span.The node design is the key link to ensure the structural safety of steel tube towers.Based on a case study of the large steel tube tower for 1 000 kV UHV(ultra high voltage) lines,a finite element model of the typical K-Joint is established and the mechanical behavior,stress distribution and the elastoplastic failure process of the joint have been studied respectively,which can be referred for design of K-Joints of steel tube towers.
