摘要
在现代社会,由于犯罪行为被多学科关注,出现了各种不同的犯罪行为概念及理论学说,理论系统混乱。各自为政的犯罪行为确定标准影响了立法和司法,也影响着对犯罪的处置。传统刑法学虽努力引领着对犯罪行为理论研究的方向,但对犯罪行为的系统化研究不是其能够独立担当的。学科细化和理论深化需要整合对犯罪行为的研究,它是统一犯罪行为理论体系的必由之路。
In modern society,because the criminal acts are multi-disciplinary focus,there has been a variety of different con-cepts and theories of criminal behavior theory,theory of chaos.Fragmented criminal acts of criteria for determining the impact of the legislative and judicial,but also affect the disposition of the crime.While the traditional criminal law for criminal acts to try to bring forward to the direction of theoretical research,but the systematic study of criminal behavior than they able to independ-ently play.Discipline detailed and theoretical deepening of a need to integrate the study of criminal behavior,it is a unified sys-tem of criminal behavior theory the only way.
