摘要
在总结国内外发展循环经济主要经验和做法的基础上,结合资源富集地区现实,提出了资源富集地区以科学发展观为指导,发展循环经济,最终实现可持续发展战略目标所应采取的若干举措。
Based on Summing up the main experiences and measures of developing the circular economy in China and foreign countries, and connecting with the reality of resources-enriched regions, this paper puts forward some measures that should be adopted by resources-enriched regions in developing the circular economy and finally realizing the strategic target of sustainable development under the guidance of scientific concept of development.
